What exactly does TEAM do?
TEAM trains, tests and mediates technicians in the following areas of expertise:
- E&I commissioning engineers (LV - MV - HV)
- E&I supervisors (LV - MV - HV)
- E&I commissioning technicians (LV - MV - HV)
- Electricians (LV - MV - HV)
Within these areas of experties, TEAM assembles complementary teams, from managers to assistants. Of course, this is all based on your wishes and needs, with the sole aim of making your project a success.
When you call in TEAM, one of our technical specialists will come to your project site to carry out an inventory. Together with the client, he will map out the work to be carried out. On the basis of the technical specialist's report, TEAM selects the technicians who are to carry out the work. The selected technicians will be trained in the week prior to the project and optimally prepared for the work they will be carrying out on your project.

TEAM wants to unburden you as a client. If you don't have to worry about your staff, you have your hands free for other things. Because we train and prepare our people in a practice-oriented way, you will spend much less time on familiarising yourself with the newcomers at the start of a project. What else does TEAM do?

And that's why TEAM is simply an employment agency as well. An employment agency that specialises in training, testing and mediating technicians. So even if you need an independent technician for the short or long term, we at TEAM are happy to help you. And also in this case, the employee you wish to hire can be trained, tested and prepared for the work that needs to be done.
Where is TEAM active?
TEAM's technicians are currently active on projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. Because TEAM works with a mix of nationalities, our services do not stop at national borders. TEAM employees are equipped in several comforts. For example, we provide housing for them in the area of the work location, transport and the possibility to return home on a regular basis. At TEAM we find it important that our people feel good before, during and after working hours. We believe that only a satisfied employee can deliver optimal performance for our client.

TEAM's head office is located in Spijkenisse. We also have a flex office in Dordrecht. Our training centre is located in Maassluis.
